My order never arrived...or a product is missing from my order.

If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please us at sales@teddybearfrenzy.com for assistance. |
When will my backorder arrive?
| Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. |
Teddy Bear Frenzy is committed to making sure your order is received quickly and accurately. Orders received before 1:00 PM/EST are normally shipped on the same day. All orders will be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx for specialized or over sized products. Please be sure the recipient can receive regular USPS deliveries at their address.Note: Add two business days for orders that include personalized items!

Do I have to pay sales tax?

I've returned an item. When will the credit appear on my account?
| Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s). |
Your credit card will be charged when your order ships.
Returns Policy
Our products are covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you have received an incorrect or defective item, notify us within 15 days and we will gladly send a replacement immediately along with a return shipping label to return the incorrect or defective item. If you have changed your mind about an item and it is returned within 15 days, we will refund the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you have not received an item, please contact us and we will assist you with the tracking . Once the order is marked by USPS as "delivered" , it is your responsibility and we will not be able to assist further in tracking or providing refunds .
Please note that all personalized items are non-refundable. If monogramming or name(s) are incorrect due to our error, we will correct the error and reship at our cost. Please check all names, birthdates and information carefully before submitting your order. If you have received an incorrectly monogrammed gift, please email us at sales@teddybearfrenzy.com. If it is our error, we will correct it and refund your shipping cost immediately. If the name or date has been incorrectly submitted by the customer, we are most happy to correct it, but shipping and correction costs will be charged additionally.
Returns Proceedure
If you decide, for any reason, you do not want your purchase, please follow these easy steps:
- Send an email to sales@teddybearfrenzy.com including your name, order number, and the date you purchased the product, and the reason for the return (i.e., didn't like or defective). We will respond with an RMA number and further instructions. Please note, we do not accept return requests by phone.
- If possible, package your return order in the original box it was shipped. Insurance and/or delivery confirmation is the customer's option.
- Please write your valid RMA number on the outside of the box in clear, legible writing.
- Ship the return, at your expense, to:

Please remember: All orders received without a valid RMA will be returned, unopened, at the customer's expense.
More on our returns policy:
- You must contact Teddy Bear Frenzy via e-mail, within 15-days of your purchase date, to request a return.
- You are required to have a valid RMA from Teddy Bear Frenzy before returning your product.
- Your issued RMA number is good for 10-days. Your return must be post-marked no later than the 10th day.
- Once we receive and validate your return, your refund will be issued promptly. Normally the process takes one business day, but can take up to five business days.
- If you have not received your refund within five business days, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
